Carla & Family Law
For the past 27 years, Carla Fuller has represented Arkansans during the most trying times of their lives. As her clients were divorcing, adopting, rescuing their grandchildren, seeking guardianship of an ailing grandparent, facing criminal charges, going to juvenile detention, entering foster care or rehashing custody and child support issues, she counseled and guided them, listened to their concerns, passed the tissue box and addressed their needs.
Carla began her practice of law in central Arkansas as an attorney for the Department of Human Services in 1992. After 16 months with that agency, she opened an office in Searcy where she has primarily assisted children and families in domestic, juvenile and criminal cases.
Ms. Fuller has lectured at Harding University and various other continuing education programs on topics such as Children in the Court System, Domestic Violence, and Women in Business.
